Get Special Edition Factory Orange Adjustment Dials with FOX Full Service

FOX Factory (a.k.a FOX) launched a campaign in Canada and the United States last year, which every fork and shock sent in by rider for service and will receive complimentary special edition orange adjustment dials. This campaign received a great response.

The FOX brand Malaysia distributor Gin Huat Cycle Trading Sdn Bhd (GH Cycle) launched this campaign under the long-awaited from Malaysian rider. From now on, riders only need to send in their FOX fork, shock or dropper post for full service and will receive complimentary, special edition orange adjustment dials upon return. Original factory dials will also be returned to the customer.

Through this campaign, FOX invoked the riders that regular maintenance of their suspension product will increase its performance and lifespan. FOX recommended that the fork, shock or dropper post receive a Full Factory Service every 125hrs or yearly – which ever comes first.

Terms and Conditions for Orange Adjustment Dials Campaign

• Full service to be made at the Fox Service Centre, GH Cycle Trading Sdn Bhd.
• The campaign is first come, first served basis. While stocks last.
• Only selected FOX forks and shock model years available this campaign as below:

FORK

• – 32, 32SC, 34, 34SC, 36, 38 (air cap and damper dial; rebound knob not applicable)
• – MY 2016 to present, as applicable

REAR SHOCK

FLOAT CTD, DPS, DPX2

• – MY 2013 to present, as applicable

FLOAT X2, DHX2

• – MY 2016 – MY 2020
• – MY 2021 not applicable

VAN RC

• – Not applicable

DROPPER POST

• – MY 2021 to present

• Special-edition, Factory orange adjustment dials or top caps are available under each component parts FOX FULL Service as below:
  1. Fork => Stem cap OR orange adjustment dial and air cap (not applicable for rear shock and transfer dropper post)
  2. Rear Shock => Stem cap OR orange adjustment dials (not applicable for fork and transfer dropper post)
  3. Transfer dropper post => Stem cap OR collar orange ano (not applicable for fork and rear shock)
