Introducing the new one-piece oval Direct Mount with OCP Mount. OCP Mount’s patent-pending, proprietary technology allows the oval ring to be adjusted in 1-degree increments for optimized pedaling biomechanics. 12.5% ovality heightens the performance advantages of oval chainrings; no other oval chainring in the growing oval chainring category offers the adjustment options plus unique ovality all aimed at improving pedaling performance.

In addition to biomechanical performance, there was one more important factor when designing our Q rings: compatibility. New Direct Mount Q rings allow you to upgrade your SRAM GXP® crankset to go oval. The simplified one-piece design saves approximately 40 grams compared to standard ring+spider+bolts combination (for example, weight savings for a 32t ring is 40g). Direct Mount oval chainrings for SRAM GXP® can be dialed in to take advantage of the most-powerful part of your pedal stroke to give you faster acceleration and better traction when you need it most.
