How to proceed for an order?
You may place an order in our online store, once payment received, you will have 2 options for delivery:
option 1 : deliver to your address, just fill in the address to the required fill, and we will arrange shipment to your door step. option 2 : Pick up point, choose to collect the product from a nearest dealer that we provided on the list.

How to proceed for a warranty claim?
A Proof of Purchase (Receipt) is required to file an eligible claim.
If you purchased from our Authorized dealer, please send the product & receipt to our dealer.
If the purchase is made from our online shop, please fill in the Warranty form, and get the warranty code <Click here>, make sure the uploading image of receipt is clear or otherwise the claim will not be proceeded.
